Our company is producing classic epoxy - wood laminated boats of every type with using high tech epoxy glues and varnishes without damaging its classical look. We can build traditional sail and motorboats with with warrany of 3 years. Our product range varies from small sloopes to 17 MT. River boats. We use high quality of wood interior and exterior workmanship. We build boats with only using wood and epoxy with wood inserts. We try to avoid using metal fasteners because different alongation than wood under different climate conditions. By laminating every bare wood with epoxy our boats never gets rotten, swallows water and gets heavier by the time. We varnish both interior and exterior of the boat with fine brushes so, varnish penetrates very well into wood and remain more material over wood. Also, it gives real classic look to the boat. Every our boat is totally handmade demostrating good carpentry and varnish workmanship. Mainly we use mahogany, ash, oak, Burma teak and different range of veneers up to customer choices. |
