| About us | Our main area of work is the planning and development of residential properties since 1990, altough the director of the company has been organising developments for over 25 years. Very recently we have been associated with a team of international architechts who work on all types of commercial and residential properties. The architectural firm in the UK which has been formed is called United Design & Developers Ltd. (UDAD) and based In the cities of Bristol & Bath, England, UK. This new association will enable us to widen our customer base. In the line of natural stones & building materials we have connections in Egypt and China, but most of our imports have been limited for use on our own developments. From mid 2006, we hope to widen our customer base, distributing stones, building materials and related items to other developers and other customers. Our new association with UDAD will enable us to this more effectively. At this time we are Interested in ALL stones from India for UK distribution from reliable manufacturers/exporters who can offer a good selection of stone products both for building applications (Roofing, Flooring, Stone walling - exterior), Landscaping etc, and decorative or carved items (pillars, inlays, architechtural). Although we ar gradually building connections exlsewhere in western Europe, our main market focus is the UK which is very competitive. For this reason, we are not only interested in variety of products from suppliers, but flexibility, and exclusivity wherever possible (eg. Quarry owners or more unique material exports). |
