(i) Buyer will open irrevocable, Confirmed, Transferable, Divisible Documentary Letter of Credit or Line of Credit by a World Class Bank in favour of the Seller, which activates the 2% P. B. (k) Buyer release full details of the chartered vessel to the seller (l) Seller programs the vessel and call her in for loading according to the lay-cal date as approved by NNPC. (m) On completion of loading, independent surveyors conducts quality and quantity and release their result which accompanies all other shipping document to the buyer and seller. (n) Captain of the vessel sign receipt of all the document with the product sample exception of commercial invoice. (o) Buyers Letter of credit is transformed into cash through swift wire transfer in favour of the seller, and vessel sails off as the sellers bank confirms the cash payment together with the agents.
