Malleable Castings is a flexable foundry capable of producing cost effectively both long production runs and shorter, lower volume orders to satisfy the full range of customer needs. It operates on short lead times, rapid response strategy and has trained production staff and flexible and balanced melting, moulding and annealing capacity to support this strategy. We specialise in the production of relatively small parts, with tight tolerances, excellent maching characteristics and very good surface finish. On request we can have castings painted, galvinised or chrome plated. As standard practice we work closely with our customers to assess critically and then develop the optimum patern and feeder system for each castings so as to build in from the start the lowest scrap rates and greatest cost efficiencies. Casting mass ranges from 0.1 kilogram to 10 kilogram. Shell cores are produced in-house to satify the full range of castings produced. Patter plate dimensions are 18 x 14(450mm x 350mm) and 20 x 14(500mm x 350mm). The company is accredited with the ISO 9001:2000(DEKRA) quality system. |
