| About us | Accent was one of the first cultured marble manufacturers in canad to offer a showroom demonstrating the different design possibilities for the bathroom. Due to the different markets in which cultured marble is used, the Accent Marble facilities have been designed to meet a variety of market needs. In 1983, the production facility became automated by the introduction of a conveyor system and the warehouse space was quadrupled. This allowed production to be increased four fold. In mid 1988, the Houston economy began to recover, allowing growth. In order to accomodate what is felt to be a sustained growth period, a re-tooling and upgrade has begun. Paul and Ellen opened a branch to serve the Dallas/Fort Worth area in 1984, which has grown substantially. Accent Marble continues to experience record growth. Currently, Accent employs a little over 100 persons company-wide. The Houston facility operates out of an 18,000 square foot office warehouse located near the Greenspoint area. Dallas operations has grown from a 4,000 square foot office warehouse to the current operation in Lewisville which measures 11,000 square feet. Accent Marble offers cultured marble, cultured granite, as well as acrylic products to many large builders and gladly welcomes contractors, remodelers and homeowners looking to give their bathroom a facelift. |
