Co-operative farming company, situated in the center of "Siurana", the original and most famous olive producing area of spain. Limted production, made using traditional olive farming methods. The oil is produced only from the first press of 'arbequina' olives resulting in a maximum acidity of 0.1 degrees. A fruity mild taste, and intense green-yellow colour. Because of this, we are often defined as the best olive oil in the world.
