The name was further changed to Celanese Pakistan Limited on November 18,1997. In 1998 Hoechst divested all its shareholding to Nimir due to its global restructuring. Resultantly the name of the company was changed to Nimir Chemicals Pakistan Limited on August 2,1999. |
