| About us | In 1984, Mr. Kosni Suwoko, the founder of our company, built a joint venture with Taiwanese. Adopting their process technology, we start to manufacture in indonesia. We had 3,000 square meters factory and employed approximately 35 workers. At the beginning, SDP works as assembler of air compressors. All parts have to be introduced from Taiwan. In 1990, SDP decided to reduce the number of imported products by starting to die cast and produce their own bare and tank, and using domestic machine parts with low cost and high quality. In 1997, our monthly output reached 4,000 units and we empleyed 180 workers on the 16,000 sqare meters factory. In 2000, we have passed evaluation for ISO9001 certificate. This certificate showsour full commitment on each aspect of product quality. The standard that we adopt certified by UKAS, a very well known British organization. With 18 years experience in the air compressor industry, we decided to put investment in Indonesia. In late 2000, we start to put our money there and running our second air compressor manufacturer, NFPM, with SDP supporting only our domestic market. The sense of quality has been successfully implemented in each of our Chinese worker. We always check and recheck our incoming, in process and out going product. Inside the factory whoever that receive a product from previous process has to check the product and before they move the product to the next person after processing they also has to make sure his product is meeting the standard requirement and so on. That way we really build a good quality network. Most of our customers that shifted to China has been in business with us for more than 4 years. We have been dealing with such European and Asian countries as Netherland, Belgium, Japan, Malaysia, Philippine, and Vietnam. With all our quality spirit, we have successfully implementing the ISO9001, CE standard and CSAUL standards in our Chinese plant. At the moment, we have achieved much lower price for our international customer. Thanks to all our existing international customers, we can make such a success in China.
