Offshore Supervisors
About us | We try to maintain a service that is not and should not be considered as an escrow With over 230 supervising agents positioned in major cities and towns around the world, our services does not only ensure that genuine buyers and sellers will get what they are promised, but also greatly reduces the chances of buyers and sellers getting duped. Lets say a buyer living in the United States ( or any part of the world ) finds a seller in China ( or any part of the world ), the buyer signs up with our service, giving us the business details including the seller's information. After signing up, we will contact one of our agents in China to get in touch with the seller for product verification and inspection. After the product has been verified, we will provide a legal transaction agreement for the seller to sign, then contact the buyer to send the agreed payment to the seller. Once the payment has been sent, the seller goes on with the shipment, and provides us a copy of the shipping documents. We will contact the buyer with this document once the shipment has been confirmed. The buyer and sellers gets a daily log of activities as it progresses from the appointed supervising agent. In any case the seller gets the payment and decides not to send the products, the buyer can prosecute to a full extent of the law in that country ( as specified by the legal document signed by both parties. ) |
