Old Growth Again
About us | Old and young redwood: Excessive logging has made old-growth redwood trees (over 200 years old) rare outside of Parks. When our ancient forest was cut in the 1950's, many logs were left on the ground. We mill some of this old-growth Into exquisite, tight-grain furniture that is no longer available anywhere else. We also carefully harvest small amounts of younger trees to make the same furniture for less cost (click for redwood grade info). Either way, we offer decay-proof, maintenance-free outdoor furniture and your dollars go to restore instead of degrade forestland. Come visit us sometime, take a walk in our forestlands and see for yourself! |
