Omaroil(Ghana) Limited is a limited liability company incorporated on the 31st day of October,1991 with RC#43914, designed to carry on among others, the following activities;

1. Marketing of crude oil, petroleum

Products and chemicals.

2. Drilling of oil and gas wells.

3. Oil sector and related services in

Procurement, engineering and

Leasing.

4. Marine transportation and road

Haulage services.

5. Logistics.

Omaroil corporate head office is located in the heart of Tema, Ghana and maintain operational offices in Nigeria, Kenya and Cote D'Ivoire.

OBJECTIVES:

The aim of incorporating the company is to operate in the oil industry in all its branches and compete favourably and profitably with existing oil companies in Ghana and elsewhere in the world.

Omaroil has acquired vast experience in petroleum down-stream operations encompassing distribution, added value product including lubricants, additives, insectivides, grease, break fluid and a whole range of products and services to satisfy the needs of motorists and industries in the areas in which we operate.

Through an elaborate network of partnership agreements, we have access to foreign and local professionals knowledgeable in international trade, oil and gas sector, engineering construction and financing.
