| About us | ORNEK MACHINE INDUSTRY which has still continued producing with 3000m2 closed area, R&D, otomation, quality control, cold shaping, CNC machines and Machining Units will keep this success with new R&D about Yarn Shrinkage and Heat-Set. After starting to produce carpet weaving machine in 1973, first time in Turkey Ornek machine industry produced OMS 1002 model which can weav front face side to side by rapier weaving machine with high speed. In 1998 our company started producing Chenille Yarn Machine. It performed the production of PP and Acyrlic Yarn Shrinkage heat-set machine for the first time in Turkey Ornek Machine Industry which has domestic and foreign marketing targets is improving itself at product quality. In order to prevent our country to be dependence on abroad in terms of Textile machines, the company produced CHENILLE FANCY YARN MACHINE by developing its techonology. By increasing its product range, it addressed to BCF YARN sector and studied on the system of PP HEAT SETin 2001. The studies about the system of PP HEAT SET was taken in to the scope of R&D in 2004 and was developed with the project of TTGV-TUBITAK. PP carpet yarn fixation machine has been developed by being designed within the scope of the Project of TUBITAK-TTGV R&D ( THE SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL RESEARCH COUNCIL OF Turkey -RESEARCH&DEVELOPMENT )has been served to carpet yarn producers. |
