As on date it is manufacturing 10.2 million meters of hose per annum, which is the largest manufacturing capacity in India. It also holds the distinction of producing the largest range of hoses in a very short span of time. As far as its capacity for end fitting goes, it has got an installed capacity of producing 50,000 components per day. The product range includes: Medium & high pressure hydraulic hoses, steam hose, compact hose, mining hose, hot water hose, high temperature/pressure hose, rock drill hose, cng/lpg hose, agriculture hose, Jack hose, fuel dispensing hose, a. C. Hose, hose assemblies and end fittings. Its decades of extensive interaction with the customers all over the world has perfected it into the art of making hoses and v-belts as a result it has distinguished itself in the power transmissions industry by having number of approvals by various global certifying authorities - It is an ISO/ts 16949:2002 registered company. It has achieved prestigious approval for hoses from u. S. Dept of labor I. E. Msha (mines safety & health administration). Which is a governing body in us for any mechanical product to be used in mining application. Certifying the flame resistant properties of the hose outer cover by carrying out stringent tests at their laboratories. It has also achieved prestigious approval for its hoses from dgms. It is the only Indian company to receive the special award for 'outstanding export performance' given by export promotion council, govt. Of India, consistently for last several years. It is also the first Indian company to establish subsidiary overseas offices in United Kingdom, brasil and Germany. As a result it is able to serve the customers better and market its products extensively to various parts of the world. Its marketing distribution network comprises of 45 strong distributors supplying its products to 65 countries globally.
