This process is based on conventional unit operations approved for use in the food industry. The solvents used in the process are approved by various regulatory authorities for use in the food industry. Our process uses milder conditions than those used in conventional tomato processing. As a result, the phytonutrients are protected from oxidation and the Lycopene structural isomer distribution remains unchanged and therefore, is similar to the natural composition present in raw tomatoes. A multi-disciplinary team of agricultural scientists, food technologists, and processing and production engineers are involved in the manufacturing process, which follows strict quality control measures. All processing takes place in the production facilities which follow good manufacturing practices. An elaborate procedure for quality inspection at all stages of processing has been developed which ensures strict and ongoing adherence to the quality parameters. The stability of the extract is being meticulously monitored to ensure elongated shelf life of the product. The manufacturing facility has been equipped to cater to the large requirements from the esteemed clients. We specialize in the manufacture of Lycopene Oleoresins from 5% to 20%.
