Pingyu Arts & Crafs General Factory is a state-woned manufacturing enterprise with foreign rtade rights.At present the enterprise possesses a fixed fund of 8 million RMB yuan and a circulated one of 13 million. The products are exported to Hongkong,Macao,Europe,America,the Middle East and so on.The main products of the factory include bed sheet sets,pillow cases,table cloth,tray cushions,quilt covers,shopping bags and fun flags etc,which are of machine embroidered,handmade,or imitation handmade.We also possess various masterly techniques such as applique,praying and knitting etc.The main materials are cotton cloth,T/C cloth,synthetic fabrics and various kinds of blended fabrics. In 1996,the general factory,being a manufacturing enterprise,was awarded the right of import and export by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, which was the first one in the prefecture.In 1998,the factory was awarded 'advanced export and foreign exchange earning enterprise'by the Ministry of Agriculture and Foreign Economic and Trade Cooperation.
