Our processing unit well equipped with following major machineries: Rotaries: Two most modern brand new rotaries for the printing of woven and knitted fabrics up to 16 colours. Stenters: Four brand new stenters(bruckner) with mahlofunction(electronic weft straightner) bleaching: One modern continuous bleaching plant. Finishing: Chintz finish calender of five bowls along with normal calenders. Jiggers: - atmospheric jiggers for reactive dyeing - open jiggers for pigment dyeing all back& forward process is also well equipped with latest& new machineries comprising with singeing, mercerizing, sanforizing, soaping, washing& drying to process& finish best quality fabrics of about 3.20 million meters monthly. Along with our own production facilities of 186 automatic looms, we also have a channel of many weaving units for power, auto and shuttle less looms.
