About us | Was established by astan-e-qods-razavi on oct.7.1997 in order to produce different kinds of yeast. As the first producer of fresh baker's yeast, the plant started its production in Iran on july,3.2001. The plant succeeded to start producing dried baker's yeast by emploing up-to-date European technology in july2004. Razavi yeast co. Is the first and only producer of baker's yeast which has been awarded the national certificate of standard by the institue reaserch of Iran. Production capacity:7500 tons of compressed baker's yeast which depending on market demand can be produced in the form of compressed fresh yeast or instant dry yeast. Expansion plan: Production of other yeast products(yeast extract, inactive dry yeast, and etc. ). Application: Different types of traditional and bulk bread, cookies, pizza dough. Characteristics of our products: A)compressed fresh baker's yeast: Packaging:1 KG wrapped in food grade wax paper, packed in 12 KG card-board boxes. Storage: Should be kept refrigerated (0-4c. ). Shelf life: Best quality up to 1 month from production date. Dosage:150-300 g. For traditional bread (flat bread) and 600 to 1000 g. For bulk bread, in 40 KG flour. B)instant dry yeast: Application: Instant dry yeast is packed and distributed in different packages:125g. Vaccum&80 g. With n2gas. 500 g. Vaccum&10 to 20 KG. Sacks. |
