Red rover services a client base which places production orders direct to Chinese manufacturers, or seeks to sell their products into China. Red rover clients, in general, are encountering difficulties with delayed, cryptic, incomplete or simply no response to daily communications with their Chinese suppliers. Therefore they are unable to actively create new products, or alter existing products to meet a changing market demand. Red rover, as agreed mutually with the client, will pursue the daily tactical issues on behalf of the brand, and communicate those outcomes or pending developments to the relevant departments of the client.
