Resources Photonics is a leading provider of the microwave communication components and optoelectronics components in China.
Optoelectronics components cover diode lasers and photodetectors. Lasers include Single Emitter diode laser series, Single Bar diode laser series, Fiber Coupled diode laser module series, Vertical Stack diode laser series, Horizontal Array diode laser series, DPSS diode laser series, IR illuminator series… and so on. Standard wavelengths cover from 635nm to 1550nm, other wavelengths are available upon request. Standard output powers cover from milliwatt to multi-kilowatt. Packages include conduction cooled, micro-channel water cooled, macro-channel water cooled and fiber-coupled packages.
Photodetectors include InGaAs Photodetector Series, InGaAs TIA Photodetector Series (Trans-Impedence integrated), Si Photodetector Series…and so on. Spectral response covers from 0.4um to 1.65um wavelength. Packages include TO-Can, Mini-Can, Receptacle fiber coupled, Pigtail fiber coupled, LCC packages.
Microwave communication components cover the circulator, isolator, filters, duplexers & multiplexers, combiners & power splitters, directional couplers, bridge and RF passive components etc. and are widely used in radar, electronic warfare, aviation, navigation, radio and television equipment, mobile communication base station construction, and microwave communications such as indoor coverage of military and civilian communications market.
