The company procures Orange-cap boletus(Leccinium versipelle, L. Rufum), Brown mushroom(Leccinium scabrum), Boletus(Boletus subtomentosus), Boletus lutens(Suillus luteus), Bay Bolete(Boletus badius), Honey agarics(Armillaria melea), Milk-agaric(Lactarius resimus, L. Controversus, L. Vellereus), Saffron milk cap(Lactarius deliciosus), Wrinkled thimble-cap(Verpa bohemica). Besides climate is favorable to such cultivated berries as Raspberry(Rubus idaesus), Currant(Ribes), Strawberry(Fraqaria grandiflora), Honey suckle(Lonicera edulis), Gooseberry(Grossularia reclinata), Black Chokeberry(Aronia melanocarpa), Sea buckthorn(Hippophae rhamnoides) of oil-bearing crops as well as to crops suitable for getting juice, jam, sauce and so on. Altai forests are rich in wild berries. The company organizes the procurement of Bilberry(Vaccinium mytillus), Great bilberry(Vaccinium uliginosum), Cowberry(Vaccinium vitis-idaea), Cranberry(Oxycoccus palustris), Blackberry(Eubatus foske), Hawthorn(Crataegus L. ), Viburnum(Viburnum opulus), Ashberry(Sorbus aucuparia), Bird cherry(Padius avium), Dogrose(Rosa majalis). The planned volume of procurement on 2004 year season is: Mushrooms 500-1500 tons, berries 500-1500 tons. The production of raw material is made at 3 manufacturing facilities capability of which is 40 tones per day. The high quality of the end product is the result of the immediate proximity of production facilities to the places of mushrooms and berries harvesting. Manufacturing facilities are equipped with frost, drying and raw boiling machines. Frozen products are packed in carton corrugated box(netto 9-10 kg) or paper bags(netto 20-25 kg) with polythene inclosure and answer the IQF requirements. Dried mushrooms and berries are produced in carton corrugated box with polythene inclosure(netto 2-2,5 kg). Mushrooms in brine are produced in polythene barrels in the volume of 100 l.(netto 80 kg). The delivery of fresh Chanterelle(Cantharellus cibarius) in waggons-refrigerators in wooden or plastic boxes is also available. Frozen products are pre-packed in 300-400gr.
