Injection moulding - scottlamp are equipped with very modern microprocessor controlled machines from 35 tonne lock up to 270 tonnes lock which allows us to mould components up to 750 grams in weight and approximately 1000 square cm surface area. We have hands on experience in processing both commercial and engineering materials in transparent, opaque, filled or reinforced grades. As a result we can show you samples of a great variety of mouldings to illustrate material strength, rigidity and surface finish etc. So that you can weigh up all these factors relative to your own product ideas. Our engineers take into consideration all the processing requirements of the material specified to produce tooling of the very highest standards. We also undertake refurbishment and adaptation of injection mould tooling. If you are receiving poor quality mouldings or scrapping components we may well be able to assist.
