Scrap and waste, LLC is the merger of joy basu and michael friedman, formerly with friedman metals. Michael friedman is currently chairman of the copper sub-committee of isri (institute of scrap recycling industries as well as a member of new York merchantile exchange (comex). We are currently looking for low grade and off grade scrap metals containing copper, nickel, titanium, moly, tin, and lead in solids, turnings, skimmings, slags, powders, dusts, sweeps, and sludges.
We also market materials for industrial companies on a fee basis.
