In 1997 i founded a small consutling company, sentient inc. I specialize in application systems integration, we have a lot of experience in database design, data transformation and transport, and custom programming. We have designed, written, and implemented a number of database applications for a wide range of needs including a contracts management system; a database to capture the relationships and data for a company that wanted to follow their partners, and their respective client and contacts for a company that does industrial psychological testing; a database application for a theater company to follow tuition, donors as well as committees, call lists, in short any program that they execute; a time and billing system via email that was integrated into the company's accounting software; a projects management system; a data mining application to uncover medical claim fraud; and others. |
