We are an established company in the manufacturing of high precision Trim/Form toolings, transfer molding parts, jigs & fixrues mainly for the semiconductor industries for the past 27 years. We are also into precision carbide tools, spares for wire bonding machines, die attached machines, testing machines as well as solder dipping machines. We have well over 45 machines in our production floor to cater to all kinds of machining processes. We are among the pioneers in our field in Malaysia. With our latest sub-micron machines we are able to maintain tolerances of within 1um to 2 um.
