The pattern equipment is manufactured from wood, metal and other sysnthetic materials. * Design and manufacture of molds for large SMC molded components like bumper, engine shroud etc. * Manufacture of thermoforming and foam molding dies for automobile industry. * Offer modelling, toolpath generation services suitable for any machine control using latest unigraphics software. * Design, develop, manufacture and supply on regular basis mechanical assemblies in 'ready to use condition' to OEMs at most competitive cost. Our goal is to offer substantial cost reduction to the customers by making use of latest machines and software manned by skilled and experience staff, without having to compromise on the quality and delivery schedule. Would like to explore possibility of associating with companies in Europe and North America and extend the services and cost reduction benefit to the associate company by working as their manufacturing support company. Also would like to tie-up with European, N.American or Japanese company to establish manufacturing set-up in India to cater to growing requirement of automobile and white goods market in India. |
