| About us | KTC company was founded in 1993. As a professional manufacturer of color monitors, we gather developing, producing and marketing in our enterprise. Today, KTC has expanded to have 1500employees and 40,000 square meters of factory in Bantian, Shenzhen. We develop and design color monitors which ranging from 14' to 19' by ourselves, newly presenting 15',17'and 20' LCD-TFT color monitors. By sticking to strict process of producing, we insist on high quality principle by stressing our quality and post-sale service of the products. We are certified by SGS ISO9001. Aiming at 'prestige comes first, service in priority', KTC is contributing to the development of monitor industry. ---Quality is our first point. For monitor manufacturing, all the raw materials are safety approved by standards of TCO95, CB, CE, FCC, UL, FDA and SASO; the quality is mature and stable(RMArate under 1%). --- Our monitors are marketing with brand 'KTC'. We established good relationship with KTC brand agents, setting up RMA centers covering the whole country. Meanwhile OEM services are available and we have established friendly partner-ship with many renowned computer companies on a long-term stand. When we get export right in 2000, we have exported to USA, Europe, Southeast Asia, North Africa and Mid-east, quality welcomed by the customers. ---KTC company will continue to work hard with all the friends in the world to improve the field of computer color monitors under the principle 'professional service, quality guarantee, interest sharing'. R&D Dept ----R&D department is in charge of developing new products and models, which employs 28 persons. According to the enterprise business concepts and persevere in mainly-developed-by-ourselves principle, we have successf- ully developed 20 models of CRT color monitor from 14"to 19", and 19 models of LCD TFT monitor from 15" to 17". In order to meet the market need, we plan to develop 3 models this year. Engineering Dept ----Engineering department is a comprehensive technique department in the company body. It is responsible for technology of products and industry technique of products, for the solutions of manufacturing crafts and operat- ion engineering. There're 46 employees in Engineering Department dept. QG Dept ----There're 152 employees in QC dept. Which independently take full responsibility for the product quality. As per ISO 9001 quality-control system, it proceeds completely to control the qualityof raw materials, manufa- cturing procedure, semifinished products, finished products, and factory out bounding products. Manufactuing Dept ----There're 400 workers in manufacturing department which including two sub-departments, one is PCB manufacturing workshop(2 plug-in manufacturing lines), the other is finished products assembly workshop(3 assembly lines) which reach 2,000 units' monitor of daily production with single shift. The manager and assembly line leaders have years of practical experience of m-onitor producing. Base on the principle of high-efficiency, low- consumption of the company and the requirement of ISO 9001 quality control system, manufacturing department operate strictly referring to the rules and regulations of operation guideline. Sticking to the quality theory, strengthening the training to every worker, we have reached over 96% of process direct-pass rate. |
