Team of Tube Making Experts In Yizhicai there is a team of senior engineers and technicians with years of tube making experience and further trained by German and Swiss tube making experts. Most Advanced Tube Production Lines from Germany We have chosen the most advanced tube production lines at speed up to 180 tube/min from Mall + Herland in Germany. Our six colour printer is the combination of the latest technology of Polytype Switzerland and Mall + Herlan Germany. Our internal lacquering system and latexing machine come from Sprimag Germany. All of them are regarded as the best ones in the World. 3. Primary Materials Only primary materials are used to make sure the high quality of the tube, such as aluminium slug with purity 99.80%, swiss –made lubricant, internal lacquer and base coating lacquer from HOBA Germany, inks from Kolack Switzerland or Dainippon Japan etc. 4. Fully Closed Plant All the tube production processes are carried out in a newly built closed plant designed according to the GMP standards. In the packing area of the clean room, even the stringent 10,000/4 Purity Class (US Standard 209) is reached. That is why most of our aluminium tubes go to the pharmaceutical industry. 5. Quality Management and Modern laboratory Supporting by our fully equipped modern laboratory, the strict quality control is always kept from the materials’ arrival, throughout the whole production process, till the tube delivery to make sure only the tube in full compliance with the GMP standards and the relative State Standards is permitted to leave our factory. 6. Three-layer Internal Lacquer The quality of internal coating is our No. 1 concern.
