As part of its permanent search for innovation, SORBIAL put together a research and development team that works in close collaboration with the Laboratory of Food Microbiology from the University of Caen 15 years ago. Thanks to permanent investment in high-technology equipment, the SORBIAL team, assisted by scientific university-based departments, is carrying out research and development on the potentialities of two Lactobacillus strains. SORBIAL uses a bio-ethical strategy that guarantees durable development. |
