As an ISO 9001-2000 certified company,SCG Strong Casting is one of a leading OEM manufacturer of iron&steel casting,as per the customers' drawings or samples.Our main products are casting of axle ,brake drum,brake disk, motor body,gear box,differential housing and other housing with multiple cores,which are widely used in auto&motorcycle,agriculture and marine industries etc.
In our own foundry, we have two green sand and two resin sand production lines. Meanwhile ,casting techniques continuously introduced from world famous Meehanite companies and put them into our sand casting and investment casting processes.
Especially, we are also equipped with advance machining and testing facilities , such as CNC, NC vertical lathe ,digital display vertical lathe, vertical processing center, horizontal processing center, NC mill, planer type mill , spectrometer, metallographic analyzer, UT,VT tester and CMM which guarantee high quality of products.and dimension accuracy. |
