| About us | 1994: The company was incorporated in Nigeria as a private limited liability company involved in representing local manufacturers in Nigeria for marketing of their products and services. The company has 1 Chairman and 4 Directors as shareholders with 17 staffs and a share capital of 100,000dollars. 1996: The company recorded an annual turnover over 300,000dollars with connection with about 60 major manufacturers in Nigeria and with marketing and distribution network of more than 2,000 retail outlets nationwide through channels from wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, commission agents and so on. 1997: The company staff capacity increased to 60 with setting up of a mini manufacturing plants SUNSHINE FLEXIBLE PACKAGING COMPANY LIMITED that engaged in the production of polythylene nylon and other nylon packaging items. The company was admitted as a bonafide member of MANUFACTURING ORGANISATION OF Nigeria (MON). 1998: Another subsidiary of the company was incorporated under the name SUNSHINE AGRO-ALLIED AND CHEMICAL COMPANY LIMITED, this company involved in the maufacturing of insecticides and pesticides, herbicide and other aerosol. The company was valued to about 1,000,000 dollars by the year ended 1998 with his financial reinbustment from the Nigerian Commerce bank via loan. The company was addmitted as a member of the OLUYOLE CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY and the company first AWARD OF EXCELLENCY was won from the chambers of commerce. YEAR 2000: By the 2000, SUNSHINE IMPORTS AND EXPORTS TRADING COMPANY was incorporated to deal with imports and exports of several domestic and industrial commodities in and outside Nigeria. This subsidairy extended her tentacles to various manufacturers and suppliers both locally and abroad in importationnand exportation trade. YEAR 2001: One of the company director was elected as the Public Relation Officer for the OLUYOLE CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY and also the company was invited by the NIGERIAN-AMERICAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSRTY And company was later added to one of the biggest and fastest developing company in Nigeria and another AWARD OF EXCELLENCY was won from the joint sponsorship by the NIGERIAN-AMERICAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSRTY and the MINISTRY OF TRADE AND COMMERCE IN Nigeria. Also SUNSHINE FARMS AND POULTRY was registered and involved in livestock and animal husbandry productions. YEAR 2003: SUNSHINE TRADES AND INVESTMENTS CONSULTING SERVICES was incorporated this this recruited trades and investement professionals from diffrent scope of works to carry out various business consultancy services: By this same year, the company was chosen to present a report at a business conference sponsored by the COMMERCIAL SECTION OF Chinese EMBASSY in Nigeria held at Chinese CENTRE FOR INTERNATIONAL TRADE AND INVESTMENTS DEVELOPMENTS. Also, one of the organising committe of the international Chinese LIGHT MACHINERY MAUFACTURERS trade fair held in Nigeria. More than 100 Chinese companies were representedat the trade fair. As the year ended 2003, the company has a liquid and solid assets worh of 5million dollars with staff capacity of 250 and whom 86 are skilled workers and professionals and the rest are factory workers.
