About us | Since the establishment of the factory, we have applied Total Quality Management (TQM) in the production to ensure the freshness, quality and hygiene standard of all products. From receiving raw material, during the processing until finished product, our production management always make sure that all the raw material are processed following the production standard. Our plants are equipped with the latest machinery such as air blast freezer, contact freezer, cooking line, tunnel freezer and cold storage to support our production line. As for our production staff, they are fully aware the importance of quality management in the production line. The implementation of the entire hygiene standard in the production line will ensure the safety of the foods. Therefore we believe we can offer good quality products to our consumer. All our processing plants are HACCP certified and have EU approval number. This certification wil ensure that all the plants have followed all the guidelines of the foods safety standard. In addition, our internal microbiology laboratory is equipped with the latest laboratory machinery that enables us to monitor and maintain the hygiene of the products. We are fully aware with the foods safety issue and always take a precaution by updating our laboratory equipment and train our laboratory staff.
