| About us | Our factory is based Manchester, UK. The factory has the latest timber powder coating technology which will apply a single, tough and durable paint finish to all mdf components used in manufacture of timber stands. Along side the timber coating plant we also have steel powder coating facilities and CNC routing machines, which cut the timber components. TV Stands UK Ltd employed the institute of Lean Manufacturing in 2003 in order to streamline and improve the efficency of all the processes in the factory. This resulted in increasing productivity by over 50%, which enables the price quoted to customer to be lower. Quality is always at the forefront of our objectives. We work to BS6001 and all incoming components, and finished goods are inspected to level 2. This is a universal standard, that we work to in the UK, and it is required by all the large retail chains. TV Stands UK Ltd is preparing to achieve ISO9001 towards the end of this year. This is part of our continuing process improvement. |
