When the growth in the use of wheeled refuge bins started to take off in the early 1990's, Kevin Davies one of the company directors identified a business opportunity to provide a regular service to both the public and businesses. In 1994 THE JIFF was started and began trading as a wheelie bin washing company cleaning both domestic and commercial bins.
