| About us | History Tok Zin based in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province of the southern part or China, is a medium sized private enterprise. We specialize in the manufacturing of soft plush toys and polyester fiber filling. Our goal is to become internationally recognized as a leading supplier of these products. In 1995, we open a subsidiary office in Hong Kong. Subsequently we open another mill manufacturing polyester fiber providing filling material for our toy products. These complementary business lines enable us to both supply the raw materials and make the finished products. This provides our clients with a full solution and ensures our products remain highly competitive in the international market. We maintain a tight control in all production processes to ensure high quality. This helps to trim down costs and make prices extremely attractive. Now Over the last 15 years developments, our manufacturing has expanded with 1500 qualified workers and over 800 sewing machines. Monthly production capacity is about 100,000 dozens. Our company has a series of modern machines and apparatus, and an excellent Quality Control team to meet the requirements of our customer. Tok Zin throws ourselves into market competition, and brings the ISO 9001:2000 quality assurance systems into effect. We are also a member of the Toys Association in Guangdong Province and the Trade Association in the Dongguan City. People Our professional designers can help clients develop their ideas. Clients can either give us a draft of their design or alternatively just explain their ideas to us. In this case we can work out the design and proceed with sampling and pricing for clients comments. We execute a high and consistent quality control standard from the purchase of raw material to the production of the finished product. Staffs are assigned to monitor each production process to ensure that the product is manufactured to the client's exact requirements and deadlines. We have shown our products in Canton Fair at 2004, and we have taken part in the Toy Fairs in Hong Kong at 2003,2004,2005, and we will attend in toys fair in Germany and New York in Feb 2005. We believe the exhibition has helped to enhance the reputation of Tok Zin and given us the chance to make many new friends in the industry. Products Our toy department can work on OEM& ODM basis. Products include any plush items such as soft toys, baby toys, decorative cushions, bedroom accessories, etc. Our fiber department can produce polyester fiber ranging from 1.5d to 20d.
