Universal Packaging Systems is a full service contract manufacturer in the personal care industry. We also offer Technical Services, we can reproduce a client's formula, conform existing products to new applications, or our Research and Development Department can create formulas from an original concept. We have a team of experienced cosmetic chemists, microbiologists, laboratory technicians and analysts who apply their individual disciplines from beginning to end of the production process. We are located in Chino, CA, a suburb of Los Angeles.
