About us | November 1999 we started building our factory in NZ and production started in June 2000 The factory has surface of +/- 1200sqm on a 5 acres section. The production plant is fully automated and exists of: - Dry store - Cool store - Mixing room - Cooking room - cooling tunnel - blast freezer - Packing room with thermoform, vacuum, gas flush packaging system (Tiromat) - Cartoning room - Freezer store At the moment we produce sweet, plain and gluten-wheat free pancakes based on a Belgian recipe. and american pancakes plain, blueberry and strawberry. (we call them hot cakes)The products are available at the major NZ supermarkets and to food service. We do private labels |
