Vantage Sourcing is a new development in supply chain management and sourcing from the Far East. Our aim is to make the advantages and cost effectiveness of manufacturing in China available to the rest of the world, with the benefit of understanding the cultural requirements of western customers, and the capabilities of eastern suppliers. Vantage Sourcing was created as a direct result of the British partners own working experience in China. First hand experience of developing many products, in the concept and design stages, sourcing, manufacturing, and then through to final delivery. A full understanding of what it takes along the whole supply chain in a fast paced demanding company. |
