| About us | V-tex capabilities include a color range of 2000 shades, many qualities of embroidery, Beadwork, Burnout, Printing, Handwork, Hand painting, Jacquards and Plain weaves, with many qualities of Translucent Fabrics. We have a team of people focused on research and development, designing, and color forecast. Thus, we are ready to meet the demands of today and challenges of tomorrow. We are supplying mainly to wholesalers and importers in various countries. Our main customers are BEAOB France, Ethen Ellan (usa), Divine Designs (usa), Lotus Exim (usa). We have network of more than 8500 wholesalers and distributors in India. We also deal to Srilanka, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Dubai. We specialize in 100%cotton, cotton polyester blends, cotton viscose blend, cotton rayon blends, handloom fabrics, all kinds of embroidery fabrics, polyester fabrics and all kind of curtain and home textile fabrics. We have successfully completed 30 years in the field of textiles. A) Weaving setup: We have a weaving setup in Bhiwandi and Ichalkarangi. We are getting production done on more than 3500 looms. B) Processing setup: In all we have 3 process houses with a capacity of 25 Lakh mtrs each on per month basis. We specialize in processing of all kinds of cotton and polyester fabrics. We have more than 1000 colors at any time in our processes. C) Cut and Sew/Finishing: Our home textile division has 50 Juki machines,50 Zig Zag machines and 50 Finishing machines. But our other divisions such as Embroidery have more than 500 finishing machines besides the other embroidery machines. We are capable and confident of increasing the capacity as and when required. D) Embroidery Setup: We have 15 Saurer machines with Henzley system,2 MDT lasser machines and 5 multihead machines with 9 color change facility as on today. We have already acquired 3 acres of land in Saravli (MIDC estate) and plan to install state of the art machines to expand the embroidery and home furnishing division. We work as per ISO standards and compile to all possible legal compliances. We have a healthy working atmosphere for our workers. We also work for social upliftment in the form of schools, hospitals, and atitthi ghar and many more. We have received vice presidents award on 12th June 1989 from Late SHANKAR DAYAL SHARMA for excellence in the quality. Our directors are on various posts of the business and social organizations. We have team of designers nationally and internationally working on color, fabric and design forecast. We aspire to be a one stop industrial house for all textile fabrics and embroideries in India. We envision ourselves to supply quality, designed products with an up to date service to all our business associates nationally and globally. We have already participated in New York Home Textile Show 2005 and will further participate 4 times a year in other fairs. |
