We follow international trade procedures for the sale of goods, as established by the International Chambers of Commerce, requiring the end buyer to issue an appropriate Letter Of Intent(LOI) and accompanying Bank Comfort Letter(BCL) or Bank Reference Letter(BRL), confirming the end buyer's financial capability to enter into this specific transaction and pay for it(the BCL and BRL should be on the bank's letterhead, signed and sealed by the appropriate bank representatives). Upon receiving this documentation, the end seller, to whom the letter of credit will be issued, will promptly issue the Full Corporate Offer, other documentation such as Proof Of Product will be done from Bank to Bank(POF-POP) following standard procedures for International trading.
