| About us | Our plant is one of those, which were awarded by the initial control number in Turkey. Our premise is established on 2000 m2 closed area. The premise includes the acceptance, inspection and washing site for incoming raw material. In our field of activities we have calibration and packing rooms, deep shock units, cold storages(+2C for fresh items and -20 C for frozen goods) and garbage chamber. Additionally, there are chambers to store the cleaning and disaffection materials. The key to the companies success is the fact that it is involved in all stages of the process, from beginning to end. The frozen products processed and prepared mostly at our plant are; octopus, cuttlefish, squids, shrimps, sander fillets, farmed sea bass, sea bream and some pelagic fishes as anchovy, sardines, horse mackerel. They are prepared for domestic retail markets, export markets, wholesalers and big consumers. |
