| About us | Yesilova Construction Machinery Spare Parts Ltd. Company is established in 1973 in Istanbul/Turkey. There are 14 professional employees at work in head office and approximately 100 professional employees in production in our sub-contracted factorys. Yesilova has 1,200 square meters closed warehouse in Istanbul. Yesilova is the first and only Turkish Company completely dedicated to the manufacture and distribution of a broad of range of replacement spare parts for CATERPILLAR and KOMATSU earthmoving machinery. Yesilova, was primarily aiming to import aftermarket CAT spare parts to meet the needs of the domestic market. Then in 1980, we started specializing in manufacturing and exports by selling to the world market mainly to USA, Europe and Middle East countries. For 14 years our company has been a major supplier to the USA market. We have approximately 5000 domestic items in our stock. We are having our products manufactured with our own moulds, models, tools and our own technical drawings by various producers by taking our own original CAT samples and technical drawings as reference. Our products range from pig, sfero, steel casting items to very sensitive and fine cast parts, forged items, pads, fuel lines, cylinder heads, seals, engine parts, transmission parts, torque converter parts, seal kits, shields, spiders, mufflers, core assembly radiators, various gears, and many more. The manufacturing facilities are located in Istanbul around our main warehouse and where most of the parts are made, tested and only approved for delivery after passing very strict quality control by our own quality control department in our warehouse. Yesilova has been deserved to UKAS Quality Management, ISO 9001:2000 certificate by AJA at 30.09.2004 All the products supplied by Yesilova are fully guaranteed, perfectly interchangeable with OEM parts. Besides the raw materials used in the manufacturing process are also very close to OEM specifications. Yesilova products are not only the most reliable but the most economical too, and available from one source. |
