Zaklad Techniki Mikroprocesorowej
About us | We have designed logic hardware and have written MPU control software and/or PC control software, made models, prototypes and short series. Modules can either operate as standalone or communicate to a PC as a directly connected to LPT ports or via IrDA, RS232C, USB 2.0. The GSM technology was also used to communicate and send warnings or poll the devices. Few year ago, we decided to migrate to the signal processing technology and to use Digital Signal Processors. We wanted to use those fast and low-power micro-processors to build powerful portable image processing devices with: - CCD and/or CMOS image sensors, Contac Image Sensors. - semiconductor fingerprint sensor, - smell recognition devices also known as electronic nose. Currently we write the software using the state-of-art methods known in pattern recognition and image processing technology to apply them in meat quality control. PLE-3 We have developed very cheap meter, which allow to determinate a percentage ratio between meat and other carcass parts like fat, bones, etc. Instruments are use in hog slaughterhouses, processing plants, and cold stores. Our market share is estimated at about 40%. Opto-scanner A new model of meat quality meter, based on DSP& CIS technology, is currently being developed. |
