PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:
Chmical name: γ-piperazinylpropylmethyldimethoxysilane
Main Composition:
γ-piperazinylpropylmethyldimethoxysilane is a two-functional-group of double-amino silane coupling agent, easily hydrolysis and crosslinking. It is a new, good fabric finishing agent.
APPLICATIONS:
1. γ-piperazinylpropylmethyldimethoxysilane is mainly for the production of
piperazine modified silicone oil and emulsion. To use this modified amino silicone oil in the finishing of high-grade fabrics, such as cotton, wool and blended fabrics, and light-colored fabrics can inhibit the yellowing and make the fabric soft best.
2. The advantages of the modified silicone oil compared with the traditional
one: softness, increased smoothness; greatly reduced yellowing fabric; excellent hydrophilicity of the finished fabric; good stability and compatibility with anionic fluorescent agent and resins; easily changing dye after the softening and stripping.

PROPERTIES AND FEATURES:
This product is a natural infiltration water repellent. It shows high efficiency and high environmental protection. Its chemical penetration binding force is so strong that it can make up the tiny cracks in substrate. The permanent binding of penetration waterproof layer and substrate can enhance the substrates surface strength as well as its penetration. It also shows an excellent property to maintain the original appearance of the substrate.
It shows excellent UV resistance and resistance to freezing, alkali and acid rain. It has an excellent and long-term waterproofing effects.
Chemical reactions on neutral and alkaline substrates occurs rapidly. Excellent beading will be seen in as little as 5minutes after application.
Waterproof layer penetration is about 2-4mm. It has strong self-repairing ability. There is no need to do other coating after water treatment.
