We can see needle crystal with our naked eyes and if added to the water it can form red crystals. It is absolute a natural pigment abstracted from plants, algae,(e.g. Haemtococcus pluvialis), trout, crustacea, salmon by modern biotechnology. Widely used in carrot pigment.
