Production Line
The production line of cement foam insulation panel is the latest set of equipment developed by the company based on the market demand. The production line divides the process into stirring system, circular pouring system, ejection system, cutting system, packing system, storage system and scrap crushing & recycling system. The capacity per shift of the production line is 150-200 m³. The automatic control production process is used with required 6-8 workers, Which greatly decrease the production cost.
Stirring System
Spiral feeding is used with automatic mixing and measuring. The measuring is more accurate. The cement, fly ash and water can be measured automatically. Other raw materials are added manually. Secondary mixing and measuring are adopted to reduce the dust pollution.
Circular Pouring System
Hydraulic propulsion cycle is adopted to make the poured product operating stably in the cycle, with no impact on the foaming effect. Hydraulic propulsion is used as power to reduce the equipment fault rate and damage rate of the finished products.
Cutting system
Streamline operation is used on the whole line without needing to handle the briquette. Guide on line of briquette positioning cutting at both side horizontally --- 4 saws cutting vertically --- automatic tilting for 90º --- cutting into finished panel --- finished panel packed with plastic packer.
