1.Application:

suitable for producing Double Side Tape,Duct Tape,Double Side Foam Tape,Cleaning Tape,Kraft Paper Tape,Masking Tape,Aluminum Foil Tape,Fiber Tape,Shoes Material,Medical Dressing Tape,Low temperature hot melt adhesive tape etc.

2.Main Feature

(1Main machine speed and amount of glue feeding is controlled by AC Converter,Which can be adjusted manually or automatically synchronous tracking.
(2)Adopt Intelligent PID temperature control system,error within 1°C.
(3)Glue melting box is coated with Teflon Non-sticky coating,effectively prevent the hot melt adhesive carbonization.
(4)Equipped with High precision Gear pump,make sure steady glue supply.
(5)High precision alloy coater head guarantee high quality coating effect.
(6)High effective Cooling device insure the application of basic materials.

The hot-melt glue tank adapts Al-alloys to casting and forming, divided into 3 layers: upper,middle and lower. The inner wall has coated with a layer of Teflon for preventing of sticky.Max. extruding amount is 300kg/h and the Max.volume is 600L, heating power is 45kw.
