1. Available Range: Only Fit for sheet-fed printing machine to print art paper, coated paper, offset sheet/gelatine printing paper and so on; For single-color and double-color printing.
2. Characteristic: Fast fixation, good stability on this machine, sharp halftone dot restoration and good ink-water balance.
3. Color: Magent, yellow, cyan and black.
4. Application Methods and Precautions:
4.1 Under normal circumstances, used directly on the machine.
4.2. Due to temperature, paper, printing speed and other factors, adjust according to the following rules:
A. Speed up the drying visecosity by the addition of hybrid desiccant and the amount is 0 to 2%.
B. Equipped with special diluted membrane (or film).
C. Adjust the fluidity using the printing varnish #6 and the amount is 0 to 5%.
D. Use visecosity reducer to reduce the viscosity and the fluidity almost kept unvaried, and the amount is 0 to 5%.
E. Reduce visecosity by the addition of 52 to 94 and the amount is 0 to 5%.
5. First work out a sample and print, if no large deviation, then decide sample printing. Since heat transfer ink/sublimation ink will color the gas, the printing can not be carried out according to the normal proportion.
