1.5.10 Print Position Data
1. About the print position data
1. Print position data When the board of the specified size is printed at the center of the specified mask plate-making reference, (0, 0, 0) point of the print position data agrees. (However, the origin of the machine might deviate a little.)
. If there is an error in the mask plate-making or if you use a mask frame that is not specified by us, the (0, 0, 0) point of the print position data may change.
2. Print position offset This is used if the positional deviation occurs because of the difference of the squeegee-print direction or if a subtle deviation occurs because of an expansion of the mask in spite of the mask recognition. Normally, set it to 0. And, when the position-correcting flag of the solder recognition function is ON, or when the position correcting feature is used in solder inspection, the dislocation detected by the print status check in the machine adjustment is input in this offset as correction values.
2. Editing the print position data Normally, this data does not need to be edited because it will be adjusted to the value found by the production data teaching.
