KR Grade D Shipbuilding Steel Description:
KR grade D steel is a kind of hot rolled general tensile strength steel. All the KR/D shipbuilding Steel offered by BEBON steel can be certificated by Korean Register of Shipping (KR).The KR D grade steel plates have yield strength of 34,100 psi (235 MPa), and ultimate tensile strength of 58,000 - 75,500 psi (400-520 MPa).

KR Grade D shipbuilding Steel Application:
KR D Shipbuilding steel plates are mainly used for shipbuilding and ship repairing, the offshore oil drilling platform, the platform pipe joints and other components.

KR Grade D Steel Grade Specification:
Thickness: 4mm to 260mm,
Width: 1200mm to 4000mm
Length: 3000mm to 18000mm.

Main chemical composition in KR D steel is carton max 0.21, silicon 0.1-0.35, manganese 0.60, phosphorus max 0.035, Sulphur max 0.035.

The min Yield is 235Mpa, the tensile is 400-520Mpa, the Elongation is 22%, the Min Impact Energy is about 27J
