This line called:Sheet oil surface grinding line. It mainly used to finish S.S and other metal sheet to Oil NO.3/NO.4.It is composed of :polishing,cleaning&drying as well as laminatoring.Wide-belt is the abrasive material, and oil which can be used for cooling&lubricating.
The sheet present a colourful surface which is different from Sheet Dry surface grinding line.
The oil has the effect of cooling so it is more suitable for polising thinner sheet.
Through changing different grits of belts,different lines can be processed,shades of lines in order to cater for varied requirements.
